Troubleshooting: Thank-you page widgets not visible

A widget only appears when everything below is in place. Work through the checks in order.

The widget is on in Oxify

In the Oxify app, open Thank You & Order Status, open a funnel and go to step 2 (Upsells). Click the widget in the Thank You Page Editor list. Its card must show On (click Enable if it shows Off), and Display on must include the page you're testing: Both pages, Thank-you only or Order status only. Save your changes.

The widget has content

A widget with nothing to show stays hidden:

• Banner needs a title or a message.
• FAQ needs at least one item with both a question and an answer.
• Image needs an image URL.
• Rich text needs a heading or a body.
• Trust badges needs at least one badge with an icon or a label.

A matching funnel is active

Every widget also requires an active funnel (by priority) whose triggers match the customer's order. On the Thank You & Order Status page, check that at least one funnel is switched on, that its Display on includes the page you're testing, and that its triggers match your test order. Set the funnel to Show to all customers to rule triggers out. A funnel's Product recommendation widget (Enable / Disable) only controls the product card — the content widgets don't depend on it.

If Oxify can't read the order yet (for example right after checkout), only funnels set to Show to all customers, or with no enabled triggers, can match.

Each extension must be added in Shopify

Each Thank-You / Order Status extension is a separate Shopify app block, and each one must be added in Shopify's checkout editor: Oxify Banner, Oxify FAQ, Oxify Image, Oxify Rich Text, Oxify Trust Badges and Oxify Product Recommendation. Open it from the Open Shopify editor button in the Oxify app, or go to Settings → Checkout → Customize in Shopify. If the button is greyed out, use the Shopify path.

Two surfaces — pick the right one

Confirm the block is added to the right page. Order Status and Thank-You are separate pages in Shopify's editor:

• Thank-You page — Shown right after checkout.
• Order Status page — Shown when customers come back to view their order later.

A block added to the Thank-You page won't appear on Order Status unless you also add it there, and the widget's Display on setting has to allow that page.

Saved in Shopify's editor

After adding the blocks in Shopify's editor, click Save. Blocks you added there only go live once you save.

Test with a real order

Place a test order via the Shopify Bogus Gateway. Confirm the widget appears on the resulting confirmation pages.
