Multi-language support in post-purchase
Translated accept, confirm and decline buttons in 21 languages, chosen per offer.
Translated button text
The accept, confirm and decline buttons on a post-purchase offer can show in 21 languages. You pick the language for each offer — it is not switched automatically by the buyer's checkout language, and the default is English.
To set it:
- In the Oxify app, open Post Purchase and open a funnel.
- On the Upsells tab, click Edit offer on the offer you want to change, then click Preview Offer to open the editor.
- In the left pane, under Offer-level widgets, click Upsell product and open Buttons.
- Choose a Button language, then click Done and save the offer.
Repeat for each offer in the funnel (Upsell 1, Upsell 2, Downsell 1 and so on), because each offer has its own setting.
Supported languages
English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Spanish, Swedish, Ukrainian, Dutch, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, Polish, Czech, Turkish, Arabic, Hebrew, Chinese (Simplified) and Chinese (Traditional).
What gets translated
The translation covers the buttons only: the accept button text (Pay Now or Accept Offer, whichever you choose as the Default accept button text), the Confirm to pay button shown when Require confirmation click to accept is on, and the Decline this offer button.
Custom text
Your own text — headings, body text, callouts, the Extra buy button text — is shown exactly as you wrote it. The rich text editors have no per-language versions, so it is the same for every buyer. Built-in labels such as the price breakdown lines (Subtotal, Discount, Shipping, Total) and the Quantity field are shown in English.
Write your offer copy in the same language as the Button language, so the whole offer reads consistently.
