"Show to all customers" master toggle

Show to all customers is a choice in a funnel's trigger tabs that bypasses every trigger. When it is selected, the funnel matches every order regardless of product, customer, or order details. It is available on Post Purchase funnels and Thank You & Order Status funnels, and new funnels start with it selected. The funnel still has to be Active (and a Post Purchase funnel needs at least one offer) to show.

Where to find it

1. In the app menu, open Post Purchase or Thank You & Order Status, then open a funnel.
2. Go to the Triggers tab.
3. Pick Show to all customers. The other two choices are Basic triggers and Advanced triggers.
4. Save the funnel.

When to use it

• Store-wide thank-you upsell — Single offer shown to every buyer.
• Holiday promo — One funnel for the entire Black Friday week, no segmentation.
• Default fallback — Catch-all funnel placed after your targeted funnels.

What it does to the editor

When it is selected, the trigger groups (Product Based Triggers, Cart & Discount Triggers, Customer Attribute Triggers, Order Details & Time Based Triggers) are hidden in the editor — they're irrelevant if the funnel matches everyone. Instead you see a short note that no targeting rules apply.

Combining with priority

Funnels are checked in priority order, lowest number first, and the first active funnel whose triggers match is the one that shows. "Show to all" always matches, so it works best as the last funnel in line, as a default catch-all. Any funnel after it never gets a turn, and everyone who doesn't match a more specific funnel falls through to it. On Thank You & Order Status, drag funnels in the list to set their priority. The Post Purchase list shows each funnel's priority number.
