Triggers — Product-based
Match post-purchase funnels based on what's in the original order.

Available product triggers
- Product / Collection — Match if the original order contains a specific product or any product from a collection.
- Product Quantity — Match by quantity ranges (e.g. ordered 3+ of a product).
- Product Tag — Match by Shopify product tag.
- Product Type — Match by Shopify product type field.
- Metafields — Match by product metafield value (advanced).
- Product Exclusion — Skip the funnel if the order contains specific products. Useful for not upselling something the buyer already bought.
- Subscription — Match subscription vs one-time purchases.
- Variant Name — Match by variant title (e.g. "Large").
Common patterns
- "Buyers of X get offer Y" — Product trigger on X, offer Y in UPSELL_1.
- "Don't upsell what they already bought" — Product Exclusion.
- "Only subscribers see this" — Subscription trigger = subscription orders only.
Combining triggers
Triggers within a funnel are AND'd — all must match. Use multiple funnels with different priorities for OR logic.
