FBT troubleshooting
Common FBT issues — bundle not appearing, discount not applying, layout problems.

Offer not appearing on PDP
- Confirm the trigger product is correct — typing the wrong product ID is common.
- Confirm the offer is Active, not Draft.
- Check the FBT app block is added to your PDP template (if your theme uses app blocks).
- Try an incognito window — your browser cache or test mode may suppress it.
Discount not applying
- Check both the trigger product and at least one bundle item are in the cart.
- Check Shopify combination rules: Discounts → (your FBT discount) → Combinations.
- Verify the FBT function is deployed: Settings → Discounts.
Layout wrapping badly
- Switch to the Compact template — it handles narrow widths better.
- Reduce image size in the layout settings.
- Inspect on mobile specifically — most layout bugs surface on small screens.
Still stuck?
Open the offer's analytics view to see if impressions are firing. No impressions = placement issue. Impressions but no clicks = pricing/copy issue.
