After 30 days
Backend data is purged per GDPR policy. Reinstalling after 30 days starts you fresh.
Why 30 days
Shopify's GDPR data retention policy gives merchants a 30-day grace period after uninstall. After that window, partner data must be purged unless the merchant reinstalls.
