App settings overview

The Settings screen holds a few app-wide options that are not part of the Cart Editor.

What's in there

• Preferred language — The language of the Oxify admin. Pick one and the app reloads in that language. The choice is remembered in your browser, and the language menu on Home does the same thing.
• Import from another application — Click Import next to Oxify Cart to bring in a cart drawer design from another Oxify store. Paste its cart drawer JSON and click Import cart drawer. Only the Cart drawer tab works today. Product pages upsell and Post purchase upsell are marked Coming soon.
• Product Add-on Settings — Update theme product price for add-ons: when a customer checks an add-on product, the main product's displayed price on the page goes up by the add-on's price, and unchecking restores it. This needs small price-hook changes in your theme. Once you turn it on, choose Contact us to set up or Self install (for developers).
• Custom templates — Enable custom template editors shows code editors in the cart module settings so you can replace built-in cart UI with custom templates. It is marked Technical knowledge required, and support can't help build or debug custom templates. Templates that are already active on your storefront keep running if you turn it off.

Good to know

• An import is applied straight to your live cart drawer. Sections in the paste replace the matching parts of your current cart drawer, and everything else stays as it is. Another store's Shopify discount function IDs, manual discount codes tied to products, picked products and collections, and shop domain are never kept, so reconnect those in the Cart Editor. The paste can be up to 512 KB.
• The two checkboxes use the save bar: click Save to apply or Discard to undo. A language change applies immediately.
• Options for the cart itself, such as slide direction, width and discount stacking, are in the Cart Editor's own Settings section, not here.
