OTO and Thank-You analytics

Impressions, clicks, and conversion data for the Thank-You / Order Status product recommendation.

This article is a draft and may be incomplete or change before publishing.

Where to find it

In the Oxify app, click Analytics in the left menu and open the Thank You Page tab. At the top, use the date range, the Funnel picker (All funnels or one funnel) and Compare to previous period. The Key Metrics cards at the top of the page also include Thank you page revenue, and the Thank You & Order Status page lists all-time Impressions, Clicks, Conversions and Revenue for each funnel.

What's measured

The numbers cover the Product recommendation โ€” the OTO upsell card. The content widgets (Banner, FAQ, Image, Rich text, Trust badges) don't have numbers of their own.

  • Impressions โ€” The card was shown to a buyer on the Thank-you or Order status page (counted once per order, page and funnel).
  • Click rate โ€” Buyers who clicked the card's add-to-order button รท impressions.
  • Upsold orders โ€” Orders where a recommended item was added and paid for.
  • Conversion rate โ€” Upsold orders รท impressions.
  • Revenue โ€” What buyers paid for the recommended items, after the funnel's discount.
  • Items sold, Revenue per view (revenue รท impressions) and Average upsell value (revenue รท items sold).

Below the cards, Revenue over time charts the daily revenue, and Top performing funnels lists each funnel's revenue, orders, items sold, impressions and conversion โ€” your per-OTO breakdown when you have several funnels.

Revenue and upsold orders are counted once the buyer has paid for the item they added. An item that is still unpaid after 30 minutes is removed from the order and isn't counted.

Data freshness

There is no cache on this tab: each time you open it or change a filter, the numbers are read fresh. Impressions and clicks are recorded as buyers use the card; revenue and upsold orders are recorded when Shopify reports the paid order to Oxify.

Reading the data

  • High impressions, low click rate โ€” The offer card isn't compelling. Test new copy.
  • High click rate, low conversion โ€” Buyers add the item but don't finish paying. Reduce friction or rethink the upsell pitch.
