Troubleshooting: FBT not appearing on product page
Diagnostics when an FBT bundle doesn't show up on its trigger PDP.

Checks
- Offer Active, not Draft. Open the FBT offer and verify status.
- Trigger product matches the PDP exactly. If you set a variant-level trigger, make sure you're testing with that exact variant.
- App embed enabled in your theme.
- Browser cache cleared, or test in incognito.
App block placement
If your theme uses app blocks for product pages, confirm the FBT app block is added to your PDP template. Without the block, the offer has nowhere to render.
Other apps fighting for placement
If another app's bundle widget is in the same slot, they may overlap or hide each other. Check for conflicts.
Still no impressions in analytics?
If analytics shows zero impressions, the offer isn't rendering at all — focus on placement, not configuration. Check theme app block first.
