Upsell product exclusions
Keep chosen products out of every cart upsell list.
Upsell Product Exclusions is a list of products that Oxify never offers as an upsell in the cart drawer.
What is excluded
The products are removed from these cart lists, including automatic related and complementary recommendations:
- The main Upsells list and any additional upsell lists.
- Upsells with Discount.
- Empty cart recommendations.
- Product Lists placed in the cart drawer.
It does not apply to Product List widgets placed in your theme, product-page offers (Frequently Bought Together, Cross-sell, Product Add-ons) or post-purchase offers. A product can still be bought normally, and it can still be a free gift.
Add products
Open the Cart Editor (Home → the Cart Drawer card → Manage Cart Drawer) and click Settings.
In Upsell Product Exclusions, click Add products to exclude.
Pick one or more products in Shopify's picker. Products only, not variants. Already excluded products show as selected.
Click Save.
Remove a product
Click Show excluded products, then click the delete icon next to the product, and Save. Deselecting a product in the picker does not remove it.
The card shows No products excluded. when the list is empty. There is no limit on the number of products in the app.
