FBT analytics
What the product page offer analytics track — impressions, adds, orders and revenue.
Tracked metrics
Oxify's product page analytics cover all three product page offer types — Frequently bought together, Cross-sell and Product add-on — so several labels say "FBT" even when they include the others. To isolate Frequently bought together, use an offer's own row on Product Page Upsell, or the Frequently bought revenue card on Analytics → Product Page.
- Impressions — The offer was displayed on a product page. It's counted each time the offer renders, not per unique visitor. Labeled Offers Shown and Visitors (30d) on Product Page Upsell, and Impressions on Analytics.
- Add-to-cart rate — Add-to-cart actions through an offer, divided by impressions. One click of the bundle button counts once, however many products it adds.
- Orders — Orders that include at least one item added through the offer. Labeled Orders with FBT and Orders (30d). An order is counted when it's created.
- Conversion rate — Orders divided by impressions. Labeled Conversion Rate and CR (30d).
- FBT revenue (gross) — The price times quantity of the items added through the offer, before discounts. The trigger product counts when it was added with the bundle; the rest of the order doesn't. Labeled Total Revenue and Revenue (30d) on Product Page Upsell.
- Items sold — The number of order line items added through the offer. A line with quantity 2 counts once; Top products shows quantities.
Only items added with the offer's button are counted. Items a shopper adds separately, even from the same product page, aren't.
How fresh is the data
Impressions and adds are sent from your storefront within about ten seconds (or when the shopper leaves the page), and orders are recorded when they're created. The cards and table on Product Page Upsell are cached for 15 minutes, so they can lag. Analytics → Product Page reads the latest data each time you open it or change the date range.
Reading the funnel
- Low impressions — The trigger product gets little product page traffic, or the offer isn't rendering (see FBT troubleshooting).
- Low add-to-cart rate — The bundle items aren't compelling, or the pricing isn't attractive enough.
- High add-to-cart rate but low orders — Customers add the bundle, then abandon at checkout. Common — focus on the cart drawer or checkout.
