Triggers — Order details and time

To add these triggers, open Post Purchase, open a funnel and go to its Triggers tab. Under Choose Triggers, open Order Details & Time Based Triggers. Shipping country and Date/Time are on Basic triggers. Currency, Random sample, Shipping method and UTM parameters are on Advanced triggers.

Currency

Choose Default store currency only or International currencies only. The editor notes that both one-click offers and thank you page widgets can be used with your default store currency.

This trigger currently matches every order, whichever option you choose, so it doesn't restrict a funnel by currency.

Shipping Country

Choose whether the funnel is triggered for purchases that include or exclude these countries, then click Add country and pick each country.

Country matching isn't applied yet: this trigger never matches, and exclude doesn't skip anything. Don't use it as the only trigger on a funnel, because the funnel wouldn't show.

Random Sample

Enter a percentage from 1 to 100. Oxify draws at random for each order, so the funnel matches roughly that share of orders. Use for A/B testing: give the higher-priority funnel a 50% random sample and let a second funnel catch the rest, for example by setting it to Show to all customers. Orders that miss the first funnel then see the second.

Date / Time

Set Starts on and Ends on, each with its own switch, a date in YYYY-MM-DD format and a time. Switch one off to leave that side open. Example: "Black Friday funnel — only Nov 28–Dec 1".

The Timezone dropdown defaults to UTC, but the selected timezone isn't used when the window is checked, so test your schedule.

Limited support

Two triggers exist but aren't evaluated yet:

• Shipping method — You can choose Includes or Excludes and add shipping method names, but it never matches, so Excludes doesn't skip anything either.
• UTM parameters — The editor says "Configure UTM parameter matching. Coming soon." It isn't wired yet.

Don't rely on these for production funnels.
