Post-purchase extra widgets

These widgets go on a post-purchase offer screen. They are not the same as the widgets on the Thank you page, which have their own settings. See OTO widgets reference. For the other offer widgets, see Product Info, Text and Timer banner.

Add a widget

Widgets belong to one offer, so add them to each offer that needs them. The same type can be added more than once. List order is the order on the offer screen. The eye icon hides a widget, and Delete Widget removes it. Every widget has Top padding and Bottom padding sliders (0 to 10, in steps of 2) that start at 4 and 0.

Image

Panel: Edit image widget. Starts empty, and buyers see nothing until you add an image.

• Image: drop or choose an image file. Oxify uploads it to your store's files in Shopify. If it fails you see "Failed to upload image. Please try again." and Try again. Drop a new file to replace it.
• Add different image for mobile: an optional second image for small screens.
• Alignment: left, center (the default) or right.
• Image width: 100 to 850, default 400. Shown only for left or right. A centered image fills the offer's width.

There is no alt text field.

Text & image

Panel: Edit text & image widget. Shows a heading and body next to an image.

• Swap content?: image left or right. A new widget has the image on the right.
• Image size: 150 to 450, in steps of 50, default 350.
• Heading and Body text: rich text with the {discount} and {product} buttons. A new widget starts with the sample words "Heading" and "Body text".
• Image: upload an image.

Either the text or the image alone also works. Formatting on the live page is simpler than in the editor. See Text.

Trust badge

Panel: Trust badge widget, with Trust badges (max 3).

• Add badge (disabled at 3) and Reorder (then Done), which shows move up and move down arrows.
• Each badge has a Title, a Description, Select icon or image (upload) and Remove Badge.
• Layout Direction: Vertical (default) or Horizontal, which fits up to 3 per line.
• Center Elements: centers the badges in the horizontal layout.
• Select icon or image size: 20 to 50, default 25.

A new widget starts with two sample badges both titled "Secure Payments". Replace them. Buyers see at most 3 badges, and a badge with no icon, title or description is skipped.

FAQs

Panel: Edit FAQ widget.

• Title: rich text, starts as "FAQs". Leave it empty to hide it.
• Add Question, then a Question and an Answer (rich text) for each. Remove FAQ deletes one.

A new widget starts with two identical sample questions. Replace them. Buyers see the first 5 questions only, each collapsed until clicked. The editor lets you add more than 5 and its preview shows them all, so keep your best five first. Items with no question and no answer are skipped.

Extra buy button

Panel: Edit buy button widget.

• Button text: starts as "Buy now".

It adds a second accept button with a decline button. It accepts the same offer as the main buttons and follows their settings: Require confirmation click to accept, the decline Style and Buttons positions relative to each other, set in the Buttons section of Product Info. Buyers see your Button text exactly, with no price. If you empty the field, the main accept text is used.
