Funnel priority and status
Manage which funnels are live and which one wins when multiple match.

Status
- Active — Funnel can match buyers and show offers.
- Inactive — Funnel never matches. Use this to pause without deleting.
Inactive funnels keep all configuration. Toggle back to Active any time to resume.
Priority
When multiple active funnels match the same buyer, the highest-priority one wins and shows its offers. Ties are broken by creation order (older funnels win ties).
How to use priority
- Default funnel — Priority 1, "show to all customers", generic offer.
- VIP funnel — Priority 100, customer tag = VIP, exclusive offer. Wins over the default for VIPs.
- High-value cart funnel — Priority 50, order > $200 trigger, premium upsell.
Leave priority gaps (10, 20, 50, 100) so you can insert new funnels between existing ones without renumbering.
