Customization
File uploads
Where you can upload images in Oxify, where they are stored, and which file types are accepted.
This article is a draft and may be incomplete or change before publishing.
You can upload your own images in a few places in the app:
- Cart Editor → Design → Title Section — set Title Type to Brand Logo, then add your logo.
- Cart Editor → Trust Badges — add a custom badge image (the screen suggests 1037 × 94 px). It only shows when no icons are selected from the library.
- Cart Editor → Rewards — add a custom icon image for a reward tier.
- Post Purchase widgets and Checkout Offers — image drop zones, for example the Image and Text & image widgets, trust badge images, and checkout offer badge and step images.
Storage
Uploaded images are saved to your store's Files in Shopify, alongside your other files, and served from Shopify's CDN. Oxify adds a timestamp to the file name. The app warns that an upload can take up to a minute while Shopify processes the image.
Accepted files
- Trust badge and reward images — JPG and PNG only. Other file types are rejected with the message "File type must be .jpg or .png".
- Brand logo, post-purchase and checkout offer images — the upload box accepts any image file.
Oxify doesn't set its own file-size limit.
Tips
- Use PNG when you need a transparent background.
- Compress before uploading — smaller files load faster.
