The Post Purchase page
What the Post Purchase page shows: overview cards, the funnel table and its columns, and the row controls.
Open Post Purchase in the Oxify app. The page heading reads Post Purchase Upsell. It lists your post-purchase funnels. To build one, see Create your first post-purchase funnel.
From top to bottom
- Create funnel button, top right.
- A warning banner while Shopify's setting is off. See Enable Oxify Post Purchase in checkout settings.
- Setup guide with three steps: enable the Shopify setting, create your first funnel (Create funnel) and activate it (Manage funnels scrolls to the table). You can collapse or dismiss it. A dismissal is remembered in that browser.
- Overview, shown once you have a funnel. It has a date range picker (it starts on Last 30 days) and three cards: Post-purchase revenue, Total funnels and Total visits.
- The funnel table.
With no funnels, the page shows "Start boosting your sales with post-purchase upsells" and a Create funnel button.
Post-purchase revenue counts accepted post-purchase offers only. The table's Revenue column also adds thank-you page revenue from the same orders.
The funnel table
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Priority | The funnel's priority number. Read-only. A lower number is checked first. |
| Status | A switch: on is Active, off is Inactive. |
| Name | The funnel name, an Active or Inactive badge, and a summary such as "2 offers ยท All customers" or "2 offers ยท 3 triggers" (enabled triggers). |
| RPV (PPU) | Revenue per visit, post-purchase upsell: post-purchase revenue divided by unique post-purchase visits in the selected range. |
| RPV (TYP) | Revenue per visit, thank-you page: thank-you upsell revenue divided by unique thank-you visits in the selected range. |
| Visits | Unique post-purchase plus thank-you visits in the selected range. One visit per order or session per surface, not per slot shown. |
| Revenue | Post-purchase plus thank-you upsell revenue in the selected range. |
| Actions | Edit, duplicate and delete icons. |
Click the info icon next to a metric heading to read its formula. A metric with no data shows a dash. The thank-you numbers in this table are matched through the order: only orders that also went through this funnel count. For thank-you results per funnel, see Manage Thank You & Order Status funnels.
Row controls
- Status switch. Toggles the funnel and shows "Funnel activated" or "Funnel deactivated". Inactive funnels never match.
- Open a funnel. Click the name or the row, or the edit icon.
- Duplicate. Confirm "Create a copy of ...?". The copy is named with "(COPY)" added, is Inactive, and appears in the list. It keeps the original's priority number.
- Delete. Confirm in the Delete Funnel window. It can't be undone.
Priority and new funnels
The Priority button above the table sorts the list, lowest number first by default. Click it to reverse. There is no way to change a Post Purchase funnel's priority number. See Funnel priority and status.
Create funnel opens an unsaved funnel. Nothing is added to the list until you save. A new funnel starts with the name "New Funnel", status Active, priority 1, Show to all customers and no offers. A funnel with no offers is never shown.
