Manage Thank You & Order Status funnels
The Thank You & Order Status funnel list: status, drag to reorder, duplicate, delete and how funnels are picked.
Open Thank You & Order Status in the Oxify app. The list shows every funnel for the Thank you and Order status pages. The page note reads: "Drag to set priority. Scroll horizontally for more columns. Only active funnels are evaluated; the first whose triggers match wins."
The list
Once you have a funnel, four cards show totals across all funnels: Total Revenue (all-time), Impressions (all-time), Clicks (all-time) and Conversions (all-time).

Click a row to open the funnel.
Create a funnel
Click Create funnel. Unlike Post Purchase, the funnel is added to the list straight away, named "Untitled funnel", Inactive, at the bottom, and its editor opens. If you leave without saving, it stays in the list. Shopify may ask you to approve a permission to edit orders the first time you open the page.
Turn a funnel on or off
Use the switch in the row. The toast says "Funnel activated" or "Funnel deactivated". New funnels start Inactive, so switch yours on when it is ready. You can also use the status menu in the funnel editor.
Reorder funnels
Drag a row by its handle to a new position.
Oxify renumbers the list 1, 2, 3 and so on from top to bottom and shows "Priority order updated". If saving fails the list returns to its old order.
The funnel editor shows the number as a Priority badge and sends you back to this list to change it. Deleting a funnel leaves a gap in the numbers (for example 1 and 3). The order is unaffected, and the next drag renumbers them.
Duplicate a funnel
Click the duplicate icon and confirm "Create a copy of ...?". Oxify adds a copy named with "(copy)" at the bottom of the list and opens it. The copy has the same settings and the same status as the original, so an Active funnel gives an Active copy. Its counts start at zero. It gets its own Shopify discount code the first time you save it.
Delete a funnel
Click the delete icon and confirm in the Delete Funnel window. This can't be undone, and Oxify also deletes the funnel's Shopify discount codes.
How a funnel is picked
For each page, Oxify looks at Active funnels whose Display on includes that page, in priority order, and uses the first one whose triggers match the order. If the winning funnel's Product recommendation widget is off, no product card is shown and Oxify does not try the next funnel. If Oxify can't read the order yet, only funnels set to Show to all customers or with no enabled triggers can match. See Funnel priority and status.
