Offers — shipping
Choose the shipping line shown on a post-purchase offer: free, a flat rate, or calculated at checkout.
The shipping setting controls the shipping line in the offer's price breakdown and the total shown on the accept button.
Where to find it
- In the Oxify app, open Post Purchase and open a funnel.
- On the Upsells tab, click Edit offer on the offer.
- In the editor's Offer-level widgets list, open Upsell product, then Shipping.
The page that opens right after you create an offer has the same settings in its Shipping card.
Free shipping
Shows Free on the shipping line and adds nothing to the total. This is the default for new offers.
Flat rate
Enter a Shipping rate. The editor shows your store's currency code next to the field.
- Charge per unit off — one flat rate regardless of quantity.
- Charge per unit on — the rate is multiplied by the quantity the customer selects. Use it for products where shipping cost scales with weight or volume.
The shipping rate is added to the total shown in the price breakdown and on the accept button.
Calculated at checkout
Shows Calculated at checkout on the shipping line. No amount is added to the total shown in the offer.
The shipping setting changes what the offer displays. When the customer accepts, Oxify sends Shopify the product and its discount only; it does not send a separate shipping charge.
