Frequently Bought Together (FBT)

FBT analytics dashboard

Where to see how your FBT offers perform — per-offer figures on Product Page Upsell, the full funnel on Analytics.

This article is a draft and may be incomplete or change before publishing.

Two screens show how your product page offers perform. Both cover every product page offer (Frequently bought together, Cross-sell and Product add-on), so some labels say "FBT" even when they include the others.

Product Page Upsell

Open Product Page Upsell in the Oxify app menu. At the top, Performance (Last 30 Days) shows four cards:

  • Total Revenue — Revenue from items added through your offers, before discounts.
  • Orders with FBT — Orders that include at least one of those items.
  • Offers Shown — How many times an offer was displayed.
  • Conversion Rate — Orders with FBT divided by Offers Shown.

View Analytics opens the full Analytics page — choose its Product Page tab.

Below the cards, a table lists each offer with its type and trigger and, for the last 30 days, Revenue (30d), Visitors (30d), CR (30d), Orders (30d) and Items Sold (30d). Visitors (30d) counts how many times the offer was shown, and CR (30d) is orders divided by that number. An offer's row shows zeros until it has at least one order in the period.

15-minute cache

The cards and table can be up to 15 minutes old. Near-real-time, not instant.

Analytics → Product Page

Open Analytics in the Oxify app menu, then the Product Page tab. It reads the latest data every time you open it or change the date range, and has these groups:

  • Revenue — FBT revenue (gross), After discounts, Discount value unlocked and Est. annual run rate.
  • By offer type (gross) — Cross-sell revenue (gross), Frequently bought revenue, Product add-on revenue (gross) and Items sold.
  • Funnel — Impressions, Add-to-cart rate, Orders with FBT, Conversion rate, Unique sessions, Revenue per impression and Average order value.
  • Top offers, Top products and Top trigger products — Ten rows each, highest gross revenue first.

Date range and comparison

The Analytics page has a date range picker (it starts on Last 30 days) and a Compare to previous period checkbox that adds the change versus the period just before. The Product Page Upsell page is always the last 30 days and can't be filtered.

To find your best offers, look at Top offers. To find offers that are seen but convert poorly, look for a high Visitors (30d) with a low CR (30d) on Product Page Upsell, then work on the copy and the discount. Offers with no orders show zeros there, so check Impressions on Analytics → Product Page to confirm your offers are being shown at all.

See FBT analytics for what each figure counts.
