Mobile display issues
Fix a timer that looks right on desktop but breaks on a phone.
Almost every mobile problem comes down to one thing: the mobile sizes were never set, so the timer is rendering at desktop dimensions in a much narrower space.
The digits wrap or overflow
Open the timer and go to the Design tab.
In Typography, set Timer size (mobile) — try 20–28px.
Set Legend size (mobile) to 9–11px.
Click Save and check on a real phone.
The title wraps to three lines
Set Title size (mobile) to 14–16px, and Subheading size (mobile) to 12–14px.
Shorten the title text itself. On a bar, aim for 4–6 words.
Click Save.
The days block is wasting width
If your countdown is under 24 hours, drop the days unit entirely.
Go to the Content tab.
Click Show Advanced Settings.
Tick Hide Days From Timer.
Click Save.
Three blocks instead of four gives each one meaningfully more room.
The sticky bar eats too much screen
Go to Design → Spacing and reduce Inside Top and Inside Bottom.
Reduce the mobile font sizes.
If it's still too tall, untick Sticky bar under Positioning so it scrolls away with the page.
The button is too small to tap
Set Button text size (mobile) to at least 12px, and add padding so the tap target is comfortable. Or switch the CTA to Make entire bar clickable — the whole bar becomes the target, which is far easier to hit with a thumb.
See Call to action.
Test properly
Your browser's responsive preview is not a phone. Font rendering, tap targets, and sticky positioning all behave differently on a real device. Check on an actual phone before publishing.
Tip
Set the mobile sizes when you first build the timer, not after someone reports a problem. Every typography setting in this app has a mobile counterpart precisely because the defaults won't fit a narrow screen.
