Manage sales popups
Search, filter, publish, and delete popups in bulk from the popup list.
The Sales Popups list is where you manage everything you've built.
The list

Find a popup
Type into Search popups... to filter by name.
Use the All, Published, and Draft filters to narrow by status.
You can also filter by tag using the Tagged with control.
Edit a popup
Click Edit in the Actions column to open the Sales Popup Editor.
Publish or unpublish one popup
Change the popup's status from the list or the editor. You'll see Sales popup published successfully or Sales popup unpublished successfully.
Bulk actions
Tick the popups you want to act on.
Choose Publish selected, Unpublish selected, or Delete selected.
The app confirms, for example 3 popups published successfully.
Bulk actions are the quickest way to switch a whole campaign on or off at once.
Delete a popup
Click Delete in the Actions column.
Confirm in the Delete Sales Popup dialog.
You'll see Sales popup deleted successfully.
Deleting is permanent. To pause a popup you'll want again later, unpublish it instead — all its design and targeting are kept.
Tip
Name popups after the campaign and date — BFCM 2026 — free shipping rather than Popup 4. Six months later, the list is the only thing telling you what each one was for.
