Top/bottom bar placement
Choose which pages of your store show the countdown bar.
A Top/Bottom Bar timer has the widest set of placement options of any timer type. They're on the Placement tab, under Select pages to display the bar.
The options

Set the placement
Open the timer and go to the Placement tab.
Under Select pages to display the bar, choose an option.
If you picked a "specific" option, click Select Products or Select collections and choose them.
Click Save.
Choosing well
- Every page for a store-wide deadline — a sitewide sale, a shipping cutoff
- All Products pages for messages about buying — dispatch times, stock urgency
- Home page only for a campaign banner that shouldn't follow people around
- Specific collections for a category promotion
Tip
Match the message to the page. Order by 2pm for next-day dispatch earns its space on a product page, but on your home page it competes with your hero for the visitor's first three seconds.
A sitewide sticky timer is on screen for the entire visit. Make sure the deadline is real and worth that much of your customer's attention — an always-present countdown that never means anything just becomes wallpaper.
