Create a sales popup
Build a working popup end to end.
Create it
Go to the Sales Popups section of the app.
Click Create Sales Popup (or Create popup from the empty state).
The Sales Popup Editor opens on the Components tab.
Name the popup using the field in the editor header.
The five tabs

Fill in the content
On the Components tab, write the Heading text and Content text.
Add an Image URL, or tick Hide Image for a text-only popup.
Set Image Size.
Add a Pop-up link if the popup should be clickable, and tick Open in new tab if needed.

Position it
Open the Position tab.
Choose the Position corner and the Animation Type.
Set the margins so the popup clears your other page furniture.

Design it
Open the Design tab.
Set the Device — Desktop & Mobile, Desktop Only, or Mobile Only.
Set Popup Width, the Background Type, and colors.
Set the Font Family, and Custom CSS if you need it.
Tick Enable Mobile Size Settings and set the mobile sizes.

Schedule it
Open the Schedule tab.
Set Delay Time, Display Time, Impressions, and Show Again Time.
Tick Enable Date Range if the campaign has an end.
Set the Priority.

Target it
Open the Targeting tab.
Choose Show On Pages, and add country, customer, or language rules if needed.

Save and publish
Click Save. You'll see Sales popup saved successfully.
Use the activate toggle in the header to publish. You'll see Sales popup published successfully.
Open your storefront and confirm the popup appears after your delay.
Tip
Set Delay Time to 10–15 seconds for your first popup. Firing immediately on page load feels aggressive and gets dismissed before it's read.
