Positioning and sticky bar
Put the bar at the top or bottom of the page, and keep it visible while scrolling.
The Positioning card is on the Design tab.
Positioning applies to top/bottom bar timers. Product page, landing page, and cart page timers render where their placement rule or app block puts them.
Set the position
Open the timer and go to the Design tab.
In the Positioning card, open Position.
Choose Top Page or Bottom Page.
Click Save.
| Position | Where it renders | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Top Page | Above your page content, the first thing seen | Sales, urgent deadlines |
| Bottom Page | Pinned at the bottom | Secondary messages, less intrusive |
Make it sticky
In Positioning, tick Sticky bar.
Click Save.
Open your storefront and scroll to confirm the bar follows.
The help text says it plainly: Always visible while scrolling.
Sticky works with both Top Page and Bottom Page.
Tip
A sticky bottom bar is usually the best compromise. It stays visible without ever fighting your theme's sticky header, which is the source of most overlap problems.
A sticky timer is on screen for the entire visit. Keep it short and tightly spaced — on a phone, a tall sticky bar takes a meaningful slice of the screen away from your products on every page.
