Popup content
Set the heading, text, image, and link inside your popup.
Popup content is set on the Components tab of the Sales Popup Editor, in the Content & Media section.
Name the popup
The popup name isn't on a tab — it's the text field in the editor header, next to the activate toggle. It defaults to Untitled sales-popup.
Open the popup editor.
Click the name field in the header.
Type a name. It's your internal label and customers never see it.
Heading and content text
Open the Components tab.
Write the Heading text — the bold line at the top.
Write the Content text — the supporting line.
Keep both short. A popup is glanced at, not read.
| Field | Aim for |
|---|---|
| Heading text | 3–6 words |
| Content text | One short sentence |
Image
Paste an Image URL — it must start with https://.
Set Image Size in pixels using the slider.
Or tick Hide Image to run a text-only popup.
A product photo is the usual choice, since it makes the popup feel like a real notification about a real item.
Make it clickable
Enter a Pop-up link — for example a product or collection URL, starting with https://.
Tick Open in new tab if the link should open in a new window.
The link applies to the popup as a whole, which gives you the entire surface as a tap target — worth having on mobile.
Settings that live elsewhere
Three things people look for on this tab are actually on others:
| Setting | Where it is |
|---|---|
| Popup Width | Design tab |
| Display Time, Impressions | Schedule tab |
| Always Visible | Schedule tab |
Tip
Write the heading as the news and the content as the detail. Only 3 left in stock / In the Blue Hoodie, size M reads far better than one long sentence split arbitrarily across two lines.
