Translations not showing
Fix a bar that displays the wrong language, or falls back to your main language.
The bar shows the main language instead of the translation
Open the announcement and go to the Content tab.
Click the translation icon next to the field.
Confirm the translation is actually saved for that language and isn't blank.
Click Done, then Save on the announcement itself. Closing the modal alone doesn't save the announcement.
This is the most common cause: the translation modal was closed with Done, but the announcement was never saved afterwards.
The language isn't in the list
The translation modal offers the languages your store is set up for. Add the language under Settings → Languages in your Shopify admin first, then return to the app.
Some fields translate and others don't
Each field is translated separately. Adding a translated Title doesn't translate the Button text — you have to add that one too.
Translatable fields: Title, Subheading, Button text, Call to action URL, and the Free shipping success message.
Rotating announcements only translate the first message
Each announcement in a rotating set has its own translations. Open each one and add the translation there.
The link goes to the wrong page
That's a separate field. See Translate CTA URLs.
The app admin is in the wrong language
That's the admin interface language, not your customers' language. See Change the admin language.
