Simple announcement
Show one static message with an optional subheading and call to action.
A Simple announcement shows one static message. It's the most common type, and the only one that supports coupon codes and the free shipping bar.
Set it up
Open the announcement and go to the Content tab.
Under Announcement Type, select Simple announcement.
In Announcement Settings, enter your Title. This field is required.
Optionally add a Subheading for a second line of supporting text.
Set the Call to action to No Call to action, Button, or Make entire bar clickable.
Click Save.
Fields available
- Title — required, supports rich text (bold, italic, links) and translations
- Subheading — optional second line, also translatable
- Call to action — none, a button, or the whole bar as a link
- Coupon / Discount code — show a copyable code inside the bar
- Free shipping bar — show how much more a customer needs to spend
- Show Close Icon — let visitors dismiss the bar

Tip
Keep titles to 5–10 words. On mobile the bar is narrow, and long titles wrap into two or three lines that push your page content down.
