Bundle shows as separate lines in the cart

The cart lists each product on its own line — or names the bundle after one of its products — instead of showing one bundle line.

By default a builder arrives in the cart as one line: your Bundle Name, your Bundle Image and the discounted price. If you see something else, check these in order.

1. Is individual-lines mode on?

On the builder's Settings tab, open Advanced settings. If Show products as individual lines in the cart is ticked, separate lines are what you asked for: each product has its own line, and the app's automatic discount takes the box discount off each one. Untick it and Save to get the single bundle line back.

If you use Subscribe & Save, leave it ticked — Shopify can't merge cart lines that carry a subscription plan.

2. Did the app finish setting up the merge?

Merging is done by a Shopify cart transform that the app turns on the first time you publish a builder. If that step didn't succeed, every builder on your store lands in the cart as separate product lines, whatever the checkbox says. In the editor, click Unpublish and then Publish to try again. If the lines still don't merge, contact support.

3. Does the cart name the bundle after one of its products?

That means the bundle's hidden parent product is missing.

  • If the builder's Settings tab shows This bundle's parent product was deleted, Save the published builder and the app recreates it.
  • If there's no banner, the product may never have been created. That can happen when a builder was only ever switched on from the list's Status switch. Open it in the editor, click Unpublish and then Publish.

4. Is the parent product still on the Online Store channel?

The bundle can only merge into one line while its parent product is on the Online Store sales channel. The app puts it there — and only there — every time you publish. If you removed it from that channel, publish the builder again (Unpublish, then Publish) to repair it, and leave its sales channels alone.

5. Is it just your theme?

At checkout and on the order, Shopify shows what's inside a bundle line. Some themes' carts and cart drawers don't list the products inside it. That's the theme, not a fault in the builder.

With the checkbox off, a bundle that doesn't merge also misses its discount, because the discount is part of the merged line's price — see Discount not applying at checkout.

Still stuck?

Open the live chat in the corner of the app, or email contact@oxify.app. Send your store URL, the builder name, and a screenshot of the cart.
