Builder not showing
The page loads but the Bundle Builder isn't there.
Work through these in order.
1. Is the app embed active?
Go to Online Store → Themes → Customize on your live theme.
Open App embeds.
Set Oxify: Bundle Builder to Active and click Save. Make sure it's that one — Oxify: Product Bundle is the Quantity Break embed.
2. Is the builder published?
Check the Bundle Builders list. The Status switch must read Published, not Draft. A draft builder never renders — not even on a page that already holds its embed code. (A builder that has never been published has no Unique ID yet, either.)
3. Have you actually placed it?
This is the one people miss. The app embed alone shows nothing — the Bundle Builder never auto-injects onto a page. It renders only where you put it:
A page of its own
Create a page and put the builder on it.
Theme app block
Add it in the theme editor.
Embed code
Paste the div yourself.
4. Is the page still there?
If the builder lives on a page you — or an earlier version of the app — created, check Online Store → Pages. The page has to exist and be visible. The app no longer recreates a deleted page, so create a new one and paste the embed code in again.
5. Is the app block or embed code pointing at a different builder?
If you used the theme app block, check its Bundle Builder Unique ID setting. A typo, or the ID of a builder you've since unpublished, renders nothing. Leave it empty and the block shows your oldest published builder — which may not be the one you expect. Use Copy Unique ID from the ⋯ menu on the Bundle Builders list and paste it fresh.
The same goes for an embed code: its data-bundle-id has to match a published builder.
6. Does the builder have products?
A builder with no categories shows No categories configured. Please add categories and products in the admin panel. A category with no products — or only unavailable ones, when Hide out of stock and unavailable products is on — shows No products available in this category. Add products on the Products tab.
7. Did you switch themes?
The app embed is per theme. Publish a new theme and you have to enable Oxify: Bundle Builder on it, and re-add any app blocks.
8. Clear the cache
Hard-refresh, or open the page in an incognito window. If you just published or changed the builder, give it a few minutes: pages that load the builder's settings from the app — an embed code placed in a theme file or a landing-page builder — can be up to 5 minutes behind.
9. Check the browser console
Still nothing? Embed code not working shows what the console messages mean — they apply to every kind of placement.
