Builder not showing
The page loads but the Bundle Builder isn't there.
Work through these in order.
1. Is the app embed active?
Go to Online Store → Themes → Customize on your live theme.
Open App embeds.
Set Oxify: Bundle Builder to Active and click Save.
2. Is the builder published?
Check the Bundle Builders list. The status must read Published, not Draft. A draft builder never renders, and its Unique ID doesn't exist yet.
3. Have you actually placed it?
This is the one people miss. The app embed alone shows nothing — the Bundle Builder never auto-injects onto a page. It renders only where you put it:
Automatic page
Let the app create the page.
Theme app block
Add it in the theme editor.
Embed code
Paste the div yourself.
4. Did the auto-created page get deleted?
If you see the banner This bundle's page was deleted, the Online Store page is gone. Save the builder again and the app recreates it.
5. Is the app block filtered to a different builder?
If you used the theme app block, check its Bundle Builder Unique ID setting. A typo, or the ID of a builder you've since unpublished, renders nothing. Use Copy ID from the Bundle Builders list and paste it fresh.
6. Does the builder have products?
A builder with no categories or no products in them has nothing to display. Add them on the Products tab.
7. Did you switch themes?
The app embed is per theme. Publish a new theme and you have to enable Oxify: Bundle Builder on it, and re-add any app blocks.
8. Clear the cache
Hard-refresh, or open the page in an incognito window.

Open live chat from the app Home page — the Need help? button on the Theme store app embed card. Send your store URL, the builder name, and the page URL where it should appear.
