Create your first builder
Build a working 'build your own box' page from scratch.
We'll build a gift box: customers choose 6 or 10 items from two categories and save as they go up in size.
1. Create the builder
Click Bundle Builder in the app sidebar.
Click Create Bundle Builder. The editor opens with three tabs — Settings, Products, Design — and a live Preview.
A new builder starts out with the Block Name Build a Kit, the Bundle Name Build Your Own Bundle and a single box of 10 with no discount. You'll change those below.

2. Name it
1 Block Name, 2 Bundle Name and Bundle Image, 3 the Bundle Builder ID section with the Unique ID and embed code. The live preview on the right updates as you type.
On the Settings tab, under General Settings:
Block Name — your internal reference, for example Gift box builder. Customers never see this. It's the name you'll see in your Bundle Builders list.
Bundle Name — what shows in the cart and at checkout, for example Build Your Own Gift Box.
Bundle Image — optional. Click Upload Bundle Image and choose or upload a picture to represent the bundle in the cart.

3. Set your box sizes
Go to the Products tab.
In the Quantity as an option section, leave Enable quantity as an option ticked.
In Option 1, set the first box: Title Box of 6, Quantity 6, Discount Type % Off, Discount (%) 10.
Click Add Option and set Option 2: Title Box of 10, Quantity 10, Discount Type % Off, Discount (%) 15.

4. Add your product categories
Still on the Products tab, in the Products card, click Add Category.
Name it — for example Candles — then click Create category and select products. The category is created empty.
In the new category, click + Add Products and pick your products in the Shopify product picker.
Click Add Category again and repeat for a second category, Soaps.
5. Choose a look
Go to the Design tab.
Click Sidebar Widget to open it, click Choose Template, and pick List Sidebar, Grid Sidebar, or Buy Box. Then close the picker.
Click Product Card Template to open it, click Choose Template and pick a card template, then set Cards Per Row under Layout Settings.
Check the live preview on the right.
6. Publish
Click Save in the save bar. A new builder is already set to be published, so saving it makes it live — the page header then shows Unpublish.
Want to keep it as a draft for now? Click Unpublish in the page header instead. That saves the builder as a Draft.
Saving a published builder also generates its Unique ID and creates the hidden parent product that carries your Bundle Name and Bundle Image into the cart. The builder won't appear on your storefront until you place it.
