Add with the theme app block
Drop the Bundle Builder into any section of your theme from the theme editor.
Use the app block when you want the builder on a page you're already designing in the theme editor — a landing page, a collection template, a custom page.
Add the block
Publish your builder first, so it has a Unique ID.
Go to Shopify admin → Online Store → Themes and click Customize.
Navigate to the page where you want the builder.
Click Add block (or Add section, then Apps) and choose Oxify: Bundle Builder.
Drag the block to where it should sit on the page.
Click Save.
Block settings

Show one specific builder
Go to the Bundle Builders list in the app.
Use Copy ID on the builder you want.
Paste it into the block's Bundle Builder Unique ID field.
Click Save.
Leaving the ID empty renders every published builder on that page, which is almost never what you want once you have more than one.

Both still need the app embed
The app block places the builder; the Oxify: Bundle Builder app embed loads the script that renders it. Both have to be on.
