Offer not showing
Work through the checks that fix almost every missing quantity break.
Work through these in order. The first two account for the large majority of cases.
1. Is the app embed active?
Open the app Home page and look at the Theme store app embed card.
If it reads Off, click App embed Settings.
In the theme editor, set Oxify: Product Bundle from Disabled to Active and click Save.

2. Is the bundle published?
Check the bundle's status on Home. It should show a green Active badge, not a gray Inactive one. Use the toggle in the bundle name column to publish it.
3. Does the visibility rule include this product?
Open the bundle, go to Bundle Settings, and check the Visibility card. If it's set to Specific selected products, confirm the product you're looking at is actually in the list.
To rule targeting in or out, switch to All products temporarily. If the offer appears, targeting was the problem.
4. Are you inside the active dates?
If Active Dates has a start or end set, check that right now falls inside the window — and that you're reading it in your store's timezone, not your own.
5. Is another bundle winning?
Only one bundle shows per product page. If two bundles target the same product, the more specific one wins:
Specific products → Selected collections → All except selected → All products
If two bundles use the same mode, the older one wins. Check your other bundles on Home for an overlapping rule.
6. Did you switch themes?
The app embed is per theme. Publishing a new theme — or a duplicate of your current one — leaves the embed off on it. Enable it again on the live theme.
7. Clear the cache
Hard-refresh the page, or open it in an incognito window. Storefront pages stay cached for a few minutes after a change.
