Add and edit offer tiers

Every field on an offer tier, and how to add, reorder, duplicate, and delete tiers.

Tiers live on the Offers tab of the bundle editor. Each one is a card titled Offer #1, Offer #2, and so on.

Add a tier

Open your bundle and go to the Offers tab.

Click Add Offer at the bottom. A menu opens.

Choose Quantity break. (The other options — Buy X, get Y free and Mix & Match — are different offer types.)

Fill in the quantity, title, and discount.

Click Save.

Fields on a tier

They appear in this order on the card:

FieldWhat it doesRequired
QuantityHow many units this tier adds to the cart. Minimum 1.Yes
TitleThe main line on the card. Example: 2 Pack.Yes
SubtitleSecondary line under the title. Example: Save 10%.No
Image (Optional)A product/variant image or your own upload. No
Discount TypeNo Discount, percentage, amount off, or fixed price. No
Discount per itemThe value. Labelled Discount Value when the type is Fixed Price. No
Badge text + Badge StyleThe flag on the tier. Hidden in the vertical layout. No
LabelSmall line under the tier. Example: $9.00 per item.No
Selected by defaultPre-selects this tier on page load.No

Title, subtitle, badge text, and label all accept text variables such as {{saved_percentage}} — so the numbers stay right when you change a discount.

Two more options sit further down the card:

OptionWhereWhat it does

Add-ons

Every tier has an Add ons row with three buttons. The number in brackets is how many that tier already has.

Add Free GiftA product included at no charge. See Free gifts.
HighlightsA short checklist with an icon — ✓ Free shipping, ✓ 30-day returns. See Highlights.

Reorder, duplicate, delete

Each tier card has four icon buttons in its header:

ButtonWhat it does
Move UpMoves the tier one position earlier.
Move DownMoves the tier one position later.
DuplicateCopies the tier, add-ons included.
DeleteRemoves the tier. Disabled when only one tier is left — a bundle always needs at least one.

How many tiers?

Three is the sweet spot. Two feels thin, and more than four crowds the block — especially on mobile.

If you need more than three or four, switch to the vertical layout so each tier gets a full row. See Choose a layout.

Guide customers to the tier you want

Tick Selected by default on your best-margin tier and give it a badge. Most customers accept the pre-selected option.
