Schedule with active dates
Start and end dates aren't available in the editor right now. Here's how to run a time-limited offer instead.
Start and end dates are hidden in the editor
The Bundle Settings tab currently has no Active Dates card, so you can't set a start or end time for a quantity break. A deal that is Active and saved shows straight away and keeps running until you switch it off.
Run a promotion for a limited time
Build the offer ahead of time, then switch it on and off yourself. It works for Black Friday, a launch week, or a weekend sale.
Build the deal and set the Status dropdown in the editor header to Inactive. Click Save. The deal is stored but hidden from customers.
When the promotion starts, switch the deal to Active: either use the switch next to its name in the Bundle deals list on Home, or set Status to Active in the editor and click Save.
When the promotion ends, switch it back to Inactive. Nothing is deleted, so you can reuse the deal next time.
The switch on Home saves immediately, so you don't need to open the editor.
If a deal already has dates
A deal saved with a start or end time while the Active Dates card was still available keeps that schedule. The storefront still honors it: outside the window the offer doesn't show, even though the deal reads Active and you can't see the dates in the editor. If an Active deal is missing from your store and the other checks come up clean, contact support with the Need help? button on Home.
Inactive always wins
An Inactive bundle stays hidden no matter what. To show a deal, it has to be Active and saved.
