Enable the app embed
Turn on the Oxify app embed in your theme so quantity break offers can render.
The app embed lets Oxify render on your storefront. Until it's on, your offers stay invisible no matter how they're configured.
Turn it on
Open the app Home page.
In the Setup Guide, click Activate next to Activate Oxify Product Bundles.
No setup guide? Use the App embed Settings button on the Theme store app embed card instead.
Your Shopify Theme editor opens on the App embeds panel.
Find Oxify: Product Bundle in the list.
Switch it from Disabled to Active.
Click Save in the theme editor.
Go back to Oxify. The Theme store app embed card now reads On.
Check the status any time
The Theme store app embed card on Home shows a green On badge or a gray Off badge. If it says Off, no bundle will display, regardless of publish status.
The app embed is per theme
If you publish a new theme, or duplicate and publish a copy, you have to enable the app embed again on that theme. This is the single most common reason offers disappear.
